Gold Rush Expeditions, Inc. is proud to present the Historic Agate and Palm Gold Mining Claim. This is a 20 acre lode mining claim for sale exclusively through Gold Rush Expeditions, Inc. The claim is located just outside of Parker, Arizona and has been properly staked and marked at all corners. All Gold Rush Expeditions, Inc. claims have been meticulously surveyed, mapped and researched. Field work is completed by our own experienced, well versed Mine Survey Team.

The historical name of this claim is the Cunningham Wash Agate and Palm Field. Historically mined for gem quality agates. The mine consists of one large open cut that has been worked at multiple locations. It is located in what appears to be lava rock.

Surveyors reported high quality agate found around the claim. The palm formations were a bit more difficult to locate. There is substantial room on the claim to examine and explore. A small pond has formed near one of the working pits and will be ideal for cleaning up the finds.

The Agate and Palm mine is extremely remote and will only be accessed with high clearance 4WD. The road fades out and vanishes in some spots of the last canyon in. It returns farther along but has suffered from extreme washes and water erosion.

This claim could be ideal for a rock and gem collector as a glory hole of sorts. It could also be profitable as a “Pay for Diggings” site, where the public can come out and dig around as long as they pay for their intrusion.
