This company, once sold, has a Tax Enhanced Tax Credits of either $500,000 if I remained as a Director or $125,000 CAD to an eventual buyer as the proxy government tax rules.

My proposal is as above or cash say $50,000 CAD all pertinent information is at our Accountants and Lawyers.

My accountants advise if I sell the company my cost would be close to $5,000.00-$10,000 depending on circumstances. The buyer pays the cost of purchase nothing else.
