Golden Band Resources Inc. was a Canadian mining company that operated in the La Ronge gold belt of northern Saskatchewan. The company was founded in 1994 and focused on the exploration, development, and production of gold deposits in the region. Golden Band Resources Inc. operated several mines in the area, including the Roy Lloyd Mine, the Komis Mine, and the Bingo Mine. The company was acquired by Masuparia Gold Corporation in 2012, and its assets were subsequently sold to SSR Mining Inc. in 2015.
