Goldpan Creek is located about 19 kilometres West of the South end of Dease Lake. Placer gold was discovered on the creek in 1924. Recorded gold production to 1940 totalled 84,467 grams (2716 ounces).

Fairview Hardrock, Manson Creek BC
127.69 Hectare Mineral Claim
The Fairview occurrence is located approximately 0.5 kilometre northwest of the settlement of Manson Creek.
This occurrence is a northwest-striking quartz vein ranging from 1 to 3 metres in thickness. The vein is massive, white and contains disseminated blebs of pyrite, chalcopyrite and tetrahedrite with related malachite and azurite staining. Free gold has been reported from this vein. Highly altered wallrocks contain high concentrations of gold and silver. The highest reported gold value obtained from this vein was 17.8 grams per tonne and silver values range up to 85.73 grams per tonne.
Asking $35,000 for outright purchase, would also consider option agreement.
Sowchea Creek, Fort St. James BC
18.44 Hectare Placer claim on Sowchea Creek 20 minutes outside of Fort St. James, and approximately 2 hours from Prince George. Claim has access on both sides of creek. Historical reports indicate that Placer gold occurs mainly in the lower 0.9 to 1.2 metres of gravel overlying a clay seam that acts as a false bedrock. Test results returned an average of between 0.65-0.48 grams per cubic yard.
McDame Creek, Jade City BC
16.55 Hectare Placer claim on McDame Creek, Located just across Highway form Jade City. Good access road through claim. 64,117 ounces were recovered from McDame creek by 1945, and British Columbia’s largest Nugget 72 ounces was found on McDame Creek.
